The catalyst for my wellness journey was my PCOS diagnosis in 2003. I soon experienced the power of natural remedies and lifestyle changes for transforming health and wellbeing.
When I discovered the coaching industry in 2017, I was instantly hooked.
That sent me down the rabbit hole of alternative health modalities, spiritual growth, and the science of habit change.
Unfortunately, building a wellness business was not easy, there were major learning curves that cost me a long time and a lot of money to overcome.
But once I cracked the code, all of my friends and connections noticed and wanted the same for themselves.
That’s when I started to support other health & wellness business owners in growing their impact and income as well.
