Plant-based dietary supplements

Plant-based supplement for energy and vitality

For many people, the health pandemic of 2020 has brought to light how important their eating habits and lifestyle are to their health and general wellbeing. In recent months, I have found people to be much more open and eager to learn about superfoods, supplements, and remedies that can boost their physical, mental, and emotional health.

This topic has been one of my passions for many years, since I began my own journey to natural health after my diagnosis with PCOS in 2013. I have experienced amazing changes to my body and mind through healthier eating habits, lifestyle changes, and decreasing my exposure to toxins. Because of sharing candidly about my wellness challenges and the choices I made to solve them, I have had countless conversations with friends and clients about the natural and holistic ways that they could improve their lifespan and life quality.

Discovering natural remedies for mental clarity and physical energy

In my pursuit for products, foods, and remedies to solve my struggle with high blood sugar, fatigue, and brain fog, I learned about many different plant-based substances that offer amazing benefits when used as dietary supplements.

About 8 years ago I came across one of these vegetarian super-foods that is a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional components which could help to address several wellness concerns. I learned that it could be used as a natural remedy for physical and mental fatigue or other common ailments linked to inflammation, high blood sugar, cholesterol, mood disorders, or water retention.

Moringa oleifera (Moringaceae), better known as Moringa, is native to northwestern India and cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas. In this region, it has been used to treat a wide variety of everyday wellness concerns for thousands of years.  The leaves are very rich in healthy antioxidants and bioactive plant compounds. So far, scientists have only investigated a fraction of the many reputed health benefits.

Moringa oleifera is a large tree that goes by a variety of names, such as drumstick tree, horseradish tree or ben oil tree.  Almost all parts of the tree are safe for human consumption, traditional herbal medicines frequently contain one or all of these parts. This especially applies to the leaves and pods, which are commonly eaten in parts of India and Africa.

Many other studies are still underway to show its lesser-known benefits.  The modern diet that a large part of the population follows often lacks vital vitamins, minerals, and protein. For those individuals, Moringa oleifera can be an important source of many essential nutrients.

Dietary supplementation with Moringa

In my capacity as Life & Wellness Coach, I often advise my clients that using a supplement as a solution to physical or mental challenges, is not an effective remedy when used in isolation.

If you are suffering from common physical or mental ailments, it is very likely that a wide range of internal and external factors contributed to the root cause of these concerns. Factors such as environmental exposure, poor eating habits, using toxic products, and for some even genetic factors, all work together to increase your risk of a number of health risks.

Therefore, you can expect the same to be true for the possible solutions that could relieve or solve these health concerns. Any natural or even chemical remedy cannot be effective on its own if you are not prepared to make changes to your lifestyle and habits as well.

For those already on a journey to creating healthier habits and beginning to choose natural products to replace chemical or toxin-loaded products, I would wholeheartedly recommend adding a Moringa dietary supplement to their wellness regime.

When searching for the ideal Moringa supplement, I recommend choosing a concentrated form that does not include any additives or preservatives.

Some products advertised as containing Moringa also contain potentially harmful additives such as artificial colourants, preservatives, or even sweeteners, to make them more palatable especially for children.

I’ve found a concentrated and pure form of Moringa that isn't laced with additives that could affect its efficacy or even cause unwanted side effects. These Moringa extract drops are also a more convenient, affordable, and beneficial mode of supplementation, compared to the dried and pulverised leaves available in powder or capsule form.

I believe that these drops can be beneficial in supporting your quest to wellness and could aid the relief of many symptoms and health concerns.

That is why I’ve chosen it as the first product in the pureporium range, you can view and purchase it at this link: pureporium Moringa Supplement
