In this topic, I'll start by addressing how it can affect your life in various ways, when you do not prioritize your own needs and desires, or insist on what you need to be happy and healthy. Then I will be exploring some solutions to manage this challenge, so you can choose YOU more often, without guilt or shame: - Identify the internal and external barriers toward your transformation - Connect how you need to choose yourself/prioritize yourself with the transformation it would facilitate/support, as well as how this transformation could benefit both yourself and those around you

In this topic, I'll start by addressing what lack of confidence and consistency may look like, how it could show up in your journey towards your goals.
