Introductions – meet your Coach and share something about yourself
Balance – what is my personal definition of balance, and how would I know that I have reached it?
My life assessment – how content am I with how I am experiencing life in every area, which area am I most excited and determined to improve?
My life vision – what would my ideal life look like, what kind of person do I want to become, and which experiences/abilities/character traits would help me to experience more joy?
My non-negotiable priorities – which choices and tasks do I personally believe are necessary to show up as the person I want to be for others, for myself, and for God?
Giving back to myself – through which simple and sustainable ways could I be supporting my own health and happiness every day?
Faith – what role could my faith and trust in God play in how I experience life and walk in my purpose and passion?
My action plan – define my goals, milestones, and action steps for the next 3 months.
